Specialist for Lead Generation & Marketing Strategy (Full-Time, On-Site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and structured individual to join our team full-time at our office in Ho Chi Minh City (HCM), Vietnam, and take ownership of lead generation and marketing strategy. This role involves working closely with an AI-powered marketing tool and continuously improving our digital presence, including contributing ideas to our website structure, messaging, and content

Your Responsibilities

  • Operate and collaborate with an AI-based marketing platform to generate outreach content (blog posts, website suggestions, and emails)
  • Plan, run, and optimize outbound email campaigns
  • Research and identify potential B2B leads, reach out to them, and coordinate meeting appointments
  • Take a leading role in conceptual improvements to our website (structure, content, messaging, UX ideas – not coding or design)
  • Proactively suggest new ideas and improvements for digital marketing and lead conversion
  • Coordinate freelance designers, developers, or content creators when needed
  • Ensure alignment of all marketing content with our overall brand and value proposition

Your Goal

Your primary objective is to generate qualified, warm leads – prospects who are ready to book a meeting. No cold calling is required. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring our website continuously evolves to support marketing and conversion goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written communication and content structuring skills
  • Self-driven, structured, and proactive working style
  • Experience with lead generation, cold email outreach, and online research
  • A keen eye for marketing messaging, website user experience, and strategic improvement
  • Proficiency in English (internal language); German is a plus
  • Familiarity with modern marketing tools (AI-supported tools, CRM, newsletter platforms, etc.)
  • Ability to manage freelance resources (designers, developers, copywriters)
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, or digital strategy is a strong advantage
  • A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is helpful but not required
